Formerly Artizan Bartlett St
Phil and Zac have decided it is time to change the salon name to BA1 Hair.
As some of you might know, the two Artizan salons separated over a year ago and this has lead to confusion. We have just refurbished the salon, so it’s a great time to have a new look and a new name.
Nothing else has changed- same owners, same tradition same terrible behaviour!
At BA1 Hair we believe everything is personal; including our relationship with our clients and our staff. We want our staff to love coming to work and our guests to love the BA1 experience.
Want to experience the BA1 Hair treatment?
Drop by and say hi…
We are proud to be an Aveda Concept Salon, offering a wide variety of services, from Styling to Aveda colour, plus the full range of Aveda products.
The key to our success is our great staff we have! We are so proud of them for their commitment, enthusiasm and passion to the clients and the salon.
Training forms the core of our ongoing development at Artizan Bartlett St. Whilst we encourage our staff to keep an open mind to the latest techniques and trends we also provided regular formal training sessions.
Regular visits to major British hairdressing events are essential to motivate and inspire the team. Artizan don’t hold to a definite corporate way of cutting hair. As our clients have individual taste, we cherry pick what we regard as the finest ideas from current trends and translate then into beautiful, wearable looks for our clients.
You won’t get clichéd, homogenous hairstyles or dreary conversation. Have a look at our staff and judge for yourself.
— Sarah Mansfield, Director and Chair of Bath in FashionBA1Hair are always on hand to help add style and content to events in the city. They have supported Bath in Fashion at shows and on photo shoots for the last 7 years and approach everything with great professionalism. It would have been very difficult to get Bath in Fashion started in 2009 without this sort of support. It is this sort of shared approach that helps us punch above our weight with city centre events and promotions.
— Naomi Knight, Director of Bath VASince 2012 BA1Hair has participated at the Bath VA vintage fashion fair. Each year at the event Phil and his team generously give their time and skills for free in order to raise money for charity. On the day they create a fantastic pop up hair salon offering vintage up-do's (impossible to do on your own) and treat hundreds of women to a great hairstyle. It's been one of the big successes to Bath VA, our thanks.
